How much does it cost?

In a nutshell, every sign is different. Our pricing is generally based off of two variables; material used (square footage, number of colors, finishing, etc.) and time involved (design time, overall complexity of sign, installation, etc.). When asking us for a quote, please give us as much information as possible about your project as this will help us more accurately estimate the final cost. Give us a call

How long will it take?

Most signs can be completed in one week from the time you place the order to completion. Depending on the complexity or quantity, the time to finish your project might be shorter or sometimes longer. We can usually get a proof ready for the project in a day or two, and strive to complete your job within one week. We can fulfill rush order requests (same day or next day) for an additional charge.

What are the steps in ordering a sign?

After gathering the necessary details, our graphic designer will set up a proof for you to review before the job goes to production. Feel free to make any changes to the design before you approve the artwork. Once approved, the job is produced using our state-of-the-art equipment and afterwards sent to our highly skilled production team to be assembled and/or finished. Once completed or when ready for install, we will give you a call!

Do I need to provide the artwork?

If you are using a logo that we haven’t used previously or specific artwork, then we do request that the artwork be sent to us via email or brought to us on CD or USB drive. Click HERE for design guidelines.

I just got vehicle graphics installed. How should I clean my car?

While it is recommended to hand wash a vehicle that has applied graphics, we understand that this isn’t always possible. If you are must use an automatic car wash, please read our care guide, found HERE.

Can I apply the vinyl myself?

You can download the vinyl application instructions HERE. We don’t recommend that an inexperienced installers attempt to apply any vinyl pieces larger than poster size. We would advise letting our experienced team of installation specialists install the vinyl for you.

What materials do you make signs from?

We can make your sign from a wide variety of materials, each suited for a different purpose. Click HERE to look at a chart of our commonly used substrates.

What vinyl colors can I choose from?

You can download our 3M vinyl color chart HERE. In addition, we offer an assortment of fluorescent and translucent vinyl for you to choose from. Please keep in mind that because of monitor calibration, there may be some color differences when viewed on your computer monitor. Although these colors are a great reference when ordering, if you are attempting to match a PANTONE or CMYK color, you should stop by our store and view the actual vinyl colors. If it is necessary to match your PANTONE or CMYK color exactly, we might print your project on our inkjet printer.

I recently purchased a set of magnets for my vehicle. How do I take care of them?

What size should my lettering be?

to check out the Letter Visibility Chart click HERE. The information presented in this chart is based on lettering using the font Helvetica as red or black text on a white background in a composition using optimal negative space seen in natural lighting. This condition represents a sign with maximum legibility. Factors that would decrease the legibility of the sign are: font selection, color choice, lighting, negative space, and other environmental factors.
